Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban declared a new state of emergency to face the repercussions of the war on Ukraine, as of midnight on Tuesday, noting that the country is subject to a state of emergency related to combating the Covid-19 epidemic, which expires next Tuesday. "The world is on the brink of an economic crisis," Orban said on Facebook. Hungary must stay out of this war and protect the financial security of its families."
